Thomas and Anna chose to visit the little playground opposite their gym after their class on Tuesday 10th August, even though it was pouring with rain! We've been here on many occasions, but never in the pouring rain before. After some more energetic play Thomas and Anna made an umbrella and coat shop in the shelter under the slide. We were a bit cold and wet after half an hour but unlike the children affected by the floods in Pakistan we could return to a nice warm and dry house. Thomas says "it's a messy house, but that's better than nothing".We are glad 100% of our online fundraising at www.supportunicef.org.uk/40playgrounds goes to the Unicef Emergency Fund. Hopefully some of this will help the Pakistan flood victims.
